Peggy, born in Hammond and raised in Gary, Indiana, possesses strong leadership and tenacity, shaped by being the oldest of three.
With a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, majoring in Marketing and Communications, Peggy has amassed over 30 years of diverse experience in industries such as travel, manufacturing, banking, advertising, and pharmaceuticals.
Her career spans various roles, from retail management to serving as Area Sales Manager at Pitney Bowes Corporation and Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo. Notably, Peggy founded and led OMG W.O.W., a 501c3 Non-Profit supporting Black women through education, coaching, mentorship, and inspiration.
Recognized as an inclusive and servant leader, Peggy excels in relationship-building, business development, customer service, and innovative methodologies for optimal results.
Her commitment extends beyond professional endeavors, evident in her community service and pioneering organizations.
Peggy's entrepreneurial journey stemmed from a desire for more, realizing the corporate world didn't fully recognize her worth. After feeling undervalued, she boldly transitioned to entrepreneurship, determined to thrive. Her journey is marked by challenges, peaks, valleys, and, ultimately, the fulfillment of her purpose.
Now in Winnetka, California, Peggy is a successful businesswoman, devoted wife to Charles White, Headmen’s Basketball Coach at Pierce College, and a loving mother and grandmother. Balancing love for Jesus, family, and career, Peggy is a recipe for enduring success.
